HVG: Notice on continued UPCoM trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Notice on continued UPCoM trading restriction (HVG)
Following Decision No. 1051/QD-SGDHN dated 04/10/2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of HVG stock as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction registration: The company is late in submitting its audited semi-annual financial report for 2024 more than 45 days from the deadline for information disclosure as prescribed.
- Other reason: The company did not hold an annual general meeting of shareholders in the last 2 fiscal years.
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Point b, h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.

Notice of stock status (HVG)
On 04/10/2024, HNX announces the status of Hung Vuong Corporation’s shares (stock code: HVG) as follows:
- HVG shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason the company has not held an annual general meeting of shareholders in the last 2 years; The auditing organization disclaimer of opinion on the 2019 financial statements; The company that are late in submitting semi-annual financial reports for 2024 that have been reviewed more than 45 days from the end of the deadline to disclose information according to regulations at Point b, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- HVG shares are put under trading suspension due to the reason the company has no measures to remedy the cause of the shares being placed in restricted trading; The company was compulsorily delisted due to serious violations of information disclosure obligation at Point e, đ Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
