RIC: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 1064/QD-SGDHN dated October 04, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of RIC stock of Royal International Corporation as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024;
- Reason: the company was late in submitting Review Semi-annual financial statement 2024 for over 45 days.
- Other reason: the company was late in submitting Review financial statement 2023 for over 45 days.
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Royal International Corporation shall send documents to the HNX for explanation and remedial measures.
This Decision replaces Decision No.530/GD-SGDHN dated 23/05/ 2024

On October 04, 2024, HNX announces the status of Royal International Corporation’s shares (stock code: RIC) as follows:
- RIC stock is under trading restriction under Decision No. 1064/QD-SGDHN dated October 04, 2024 due the company was late in submitting Review Semi-annual financial statement 2024 and Review financial statement 2023 for over 45 days as prescribed in Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
