CLG: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice of stock status Following Decision No. 1044/QD-SGDHN dated October 04, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of CLG stock of Gia Lai Trading Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024;
- Reason: the company was late in submitting Review Semi-annual financial statement 2024 for over 45 days.
- Other reason: the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year; The company had negative owner equity in Financial Statements 2020; The auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion to the Audited Financial Statements 2020.
- Trading restriction: trading is only available every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Point a, b, c, h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, Gia Lai Trading Joint Stock Company shall send documents to the HNX for explanation and remedial measures.
This Decision replaces Decision No.792/GD-SGDHN dated 09/07/ 2024

On October 04, 2024, HNX announces the status of Gia Lai Trading Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: CLG) as follows:
- CLG stock is under trading restriction under Decision No. 1044/QD-SGDHN dated October 04, 2024 due the company was late in submitting Review Semi-annual financial statement 2024 for over 45 days; the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year; The company had negative owner equity in Financial Statements 2020; The auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion to the Audited Financial Statements 2020 as prescribed in Point a, b, c, h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange. Trading restriction time: only Friday weekly until being removed from trading suspension.
- CLG stock is under Suspendend according to Decision No. 571/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024 due to the reason(s) that The Company has no measures to overcome the cause that led to the company's shares being placed in trading restriction according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law; being placed in trading suspension according to the provisions at Point e Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange; HNX
