ATB: Decision on continued UPCoM trading restriction and Notice of stock status (1) Decision on continued UPCoM trading restriction
Following Decision No. 1041/QD-SGDHN dated October 4, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of ATB stock as follows:
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2024
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company was late in submitting reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2024 for over 45 days
- Other reasons for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the Audited financial statements 2022, Audited financial statements 2023, reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023 for more than 45 days; The auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on the company’s 2021 financial statement
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable laws: Point b, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, An Thinh Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.525/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024.

(2) Notice of stock status
On October 4, 2024, HNX announces the status of An Thinh Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: ATB) as follows:
- ATB shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023, 2024 and the audited Financial Statements 2022, 2023 for more than 45 days, the auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on the company’s 2021 financial statement at Point b, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. ATB shares will only be traded on Friday weekly when being moved out of trading suspension
- ATB shares are put on alert according to Decision No.718/QD-SGDHN dated 09/07/2024 due to the reason(s) the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders when the fiscal year ends according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law as prescribed at Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
