Sai Gon Cargo Service received the Official Dispatch No.946/UBCK-QLCB dated March 02, 2023 from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) regarding the approval for the material of stock issuance under ESOP of Sai Gon Cargo Service (SCS).
