PSH: Capital contribution to establish a subsidiary

The Board resolution dated March 06, 2023, the BOD of Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company (PSH) approved to contribute capital for establishing a subsidiary as follows:

-          Company name: Nam Song Hau Petroleum Distribution Limited Company

-          PSH contributes 90% charter capital of  Nam Song Hau Petroleum Distribution Limited Company, equivalent to VND45,000,000,000.
