PSH: Approval for the transfer of contributed capital of Dong Phu

The Board resolution dated March 03, 2023, the BOD of Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company approved the transfer of contributed capital in Dong Phu Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company to Mr. Mai Van Huy with total value of 45,192,732,865 dongs, equivalent to 41,39% of charter capital of Dong Phu Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company.
