The Board resolution dated March 02, 2023, the Board of Directors approved the loan agreement as follows:

-          Lender: Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation

-          Borrower: Trang Cat Urban Development Limited Company

-          Total value: VND200,000,000,000 for term of two years.
