-         Stock name: Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Charter capital: VND730,410,300,000

-         Number of outstanding shares: 73,041,030 shares

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,000,000 shares

-         Total value of issue (at par value): VND20,000,000,000

-         Issue price: VND10,000/share

-         These shares will be restricted:

• To the employees in the management team: in 01 year from the finish date of the issuance
• To the employees in the Executive Board and the administration team: in 03 years from the finish date of the issuance

-         Estimated time of implementation: from March, 2023 to April, 2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
