NBB: Plan for share issuance to existing shareholders

The Board resolution dated March 10, 2023, the BOD of 577 Investment Corporation approved the following contents:

1)      Approved the share issuance plan to existing shareholders:

-          Outstanding volume: 100,159,795 shares

-          Issue ratio: 50%

-          Offering volume: 50,079,897 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Issue price: 15,000 dongs/share

-          Expected total proceeds: VND751,198,455,000

-          Total proceeds from the issuance will be used the following purposes:

2)      Approved the dossier of registration for the share issuance to existing shareholders.
