SZC: Signing an agreement with Sonadezi Giang Dien

According to Decision No.311 dated August 23, 2022, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company (SZC) approved the signing of contract on principle of collection, transportation and treatment of domestic wastewater from 4 lodges of Chau Duc golf course with Sonadezi Services Joint Stock Company. The contract value will be less than 35% of total assets of SZC in the latest financial statements.
