On August 29, 2022, Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire And Cable Joint Stock Company issued Decision to approve the following issues:

1. Approved the credit limit at E.SUN Commercial Bank Ltd – Dong Nai branch with total amount of USD4,000,000.
2. Approved the credit limit at Taipei Fubon – Ho Chi Minh branch with total amount of USD7,000,000 and OBU branch with total amount of USD7,000,000.
