HHP: Board resolution on agreements with related parties

On August 26, 2022, the Board of Directors of Hai Phong Hoang Ha Paper Joint Stock Company approved the policy on transactions, agreements between the Company and subsidiaries, associated companies, the companies related to internal persons under the laws and the Company’s Charter. The transaction value will be less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
