DTA: BOD resolution dated August 26, 2022 The Board resolution dated August 26, 2022, the BOD of De Tam Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1. Approved the progress and total value of investment of Phu Quoc Detaco villa project:
- Project: Phu Quoc Detaco villa
- Location: Duong To commune, Phu Quoc city, Kien Giang province.
- Implementation progress:
+ From Quarter III/2022 to Quarter IV/2024: to carry out legal procedures for approval of investment policies; completing the work of compensation, site clearance, land allocation, land use right transfer, infrastructure design, construction permit, infrastructure construction...
+ From Quarter I/2025 to IV/2027: to execute infrastructure finish
+ From Quarter I/2028 to Quarter III/2029: to invest in building blocks of houses at approved roads including D3 and Cuu Lap - An Thoi streets.
+ Quarter IV/2029: to finalize the rest, put the project into operation.
- Total value of investment: VND95,980,928,112
2. Approved the loan at Agribank – Tan Binh branch with total amount of VND60,000,000,000 with the loan interest of 10%/year. The loan time for 48 months.
3. Approved the loan at Agribank – Nam Dong Nai branch with total amount of VND220,000,000,000 with the loan interest of 10%/year. The loan time for 60 months. HOSE
