The Board resolution dated August 29, 2022, the BOD of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved to raise charter capital, additional listing in stock issuance to raise capital from equity with details as follows:

1. Approved the additional listing volume: 9,625,750 shares
2. Approved the increae of charter capital from VND320,888,640,000 to VND417,146,140,000.
