TCB: Signing a strategic cooperation agreement with Masan Group

On August 16, 2022, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approved the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between Techcombank and Masan Group Corporation, the person related to insider(s) and the person related to major shareholder(s), effective from August 15, 2022.
