VSC: Board resolution on related party transactions

On August 23, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation (HOSE: VSC) approved the policy on signing and implementing agreements, transactions with related parties in 2022, including companies in Viconship group and other related ones under Article 167 of Enterprise Law 2020. The transaction value will be less than 35% of total assets in the Company’s latest financial statements at the signing of the agreement, transaction.
