TSC: Increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated May 27, 2022, the BOD of Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the increase of the company’s charter capital from VND 1,476,480,840,000 to VND 1,968,589,250,000, equivalent to 196,858,925 shares due to the stock offering to existing shareholders.
2. Approved the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital.
