CII: Plan for stock issuance to raise capital from the owner's equity
On May 25, 2022, the BOD of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company issued a Resolution to approve the implementation of the plan to issue shares for increasing capital from the owner's equity that approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders dated May 20, 2022. Accordingly, CII will issue bonus shares to existing shareholders at the record date to implement rights with the issuance rate of 14%.
