TDP: Transferring contributed capital in subsidiary

The Board resolution dated May 26, 2022, the BOD of Thuan Duc Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the transfer of contributed capital in Thuan Duc Technology Development Company Limited to other individuals, including:

-        Mr. Nguyen Duc Bao: VND 9,200,000,000

-        Mrs. Hoang Thi Thuy Lien: VND 8,800,000,000

-        Mr. Luong Xuan Toi: VND 1,200,000,000

-        Mr. Dao Nguyen Duong: VND 800,000,000.

2. Approved the transfer of business type of Thuan Duc Technology Development Company Limited into Thuan Duc IP Joint Stock Company with charter capital of VND 20,000,000,000 and Legal Representative who is Mr. Luong Xuan Toi.
