-        Number of outstanding shares: 86,469,664 shares

-        Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-        Number of shares expected to be issued: 21,617,416 shares

-        Total value (based on par value): 216,174,160,000 dongs

-        Exercise ratio: 25%

-        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-        For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 301 shares. With 25% exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 125 *25/100 = 75.25 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 75 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.25 share will be cancelled.
