 The Board resolution dated May 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital for the establishment of a subsidiary with details as follows:

-        Company name: BAPI Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company

-        Head office address: 15 Truong Chinh, Phu Dong ward, Pleiku city, Gia Lai.

-        Main business line: sale of food

-        Charter capital: VND 50,000,000,000 (HAG contributed VND 27,500,000,000, accounting for 55% charter capital of BAPI Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company.
