1)      Approving the final interim cash dividend payment for 2021

−        Stock code: SFI

−        Stock type: common stock

−        Par value: VND10,000

−        Payment method: in cash

−        Payment ratio: 5%/par value (500 dongs/share)

−        Record date: November 22, 2021

−        Payment date: under the law.

2)      Obtaining shareholders’ written votes

−        Record date: November 22, 2021

−        Purpose: to vote for the increase in the dividend payment ratio for 2021 and other issues under the jurisdiction of the general meeting of shareholders.

−        Voting time: in December 2021

−        Place: the head office of Sea & Air Freight International.
