On October 28, 2021, the Board of Directors of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to the dividend payment:

2)      Stock type: common share

3)      Par value: VND10,000/share

4)      Total issued volume: 57.571.016 shares

5)      Outstanding volume: 56.071.016 shares

6)      Treasury volume: 1.500.000 shares

7)      Expected issue volume: 1.401.775 shares

8)      Total issue value: VND 14.017.750.000

9)      Issue ratio (Expected issue volume/Total volume): 2.5%

10)  Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax. 

11)  Implement time: in Quarter IV 2021.

12)  Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
