 The payment for the 2020 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

Payment date:                          December 06, 2021

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Bien Hoa Packaging Joint Stock Company as from December 06, 2021.
