- Record date:                         November 15, 2021

 The payment for the second phase of 2021 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           12.5%/ par value (VND1,250/ share)

Payment date:                          December 27, 2021

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation.

For closing the shareholders record list to consult shareholders in writing:
