SMC: Board resolution on the first dividend payment of 2021

On October 27, 2021, the Board of Directors of SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company (stock symbol: SMC) approved the first cash & stock dividend payment for 2021 as follows:

−        Exercise ratio: 10%/par value, including:

• 5% in cash. Payment date: in November 2021;
• 5% in stock. Payment date: after the State Securities Commission approves.
