DGW: Notice of stock issuance for capital increase and dividend payment

Digiworld Corporation announced the information on a stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital and the 2020 dividend payment:

1)      A plan for issuing shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity:

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 new share.)

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Digiworld Corporation.

2)      The 2020 dividend payment in cash:

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/share (VND1,000/share)

-          Payment time: September 08, 2021.

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Digiworld Corporation.
