-          Issue volume to increase its share capital: 23,659,983 shares

-          Issue volume to dividend payment: 12,739,991 shares.

8)      Total issue value: VND363,999,740,000.

9)      Issue ratio (Expected issue volume/Total volume):

-          Issue ratio to increase its share capital: 13%

-          Issue ratio to dividend payment in stock: 7%

10)  Financial resource: the owner’s capital and profit after tax
