3)      Par value: VND10,000/share

4)      Expected issue volume: 4,002,000 shares

5)      Issue ratio: 10:1.15

6)      Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled. 

7)      Financial resource: Undistributed profit

8)      Implement time: expected in Quarter 3 & 4 2021
