FIT: BoD approves to issue shares for the dividend payment

On August 06, 2021, the Board of Directors of F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to the dividend payment:

1)      Stock name: Stock ofF.I.T Group Joint Stock Company

2)      Stock type: common share

3)      Par value: VND10,000/share

4)      Outstanding volume: 254,730,247 shares

5)      Expected issue volume: 50,946,049 shares

6)      Total issue value: VND509,460,490,000

7)      Issue ratio: 5:1

8)      Implement time: expected in 2021

9)      Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled. 

10)  The new shares are transferable.
