KDC: The record date for the EGM and dividend payment

On August 06, 2021, HOSE announces the record date for the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) and the dividend payment of KIDO Group:

Ex-right date: August 23, 2021

Record date:   August 24, 2021

 The payment for the second phase of 2020 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           6%/ par value (VND600/ share)

Payment date:                          September 15, 2021

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  KIDO Group as from September 15, 2021.

For the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM)

Meeting date:  before September 30, 2021 (will be notice later)       

Meeting venue:           will be notice later.
