VMD: Extension of submission of financial statements

Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company received the approved by the State Securities Commission for the extension of submission for financial statements in Quarter 4 of 2020 and the whole year of 2020:

-          For the Quarter 4.2020 financial statements and reviewed Quarter 4.2020 financial statements (if any): within 30 days from the end of quarter, but no more than 05 days from the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements;

-          For the annual audited financial statements: within 100 days from the end of fiscal year, but no more than 10 days from the audit firm signs the audited financial statements.
