ADG: Board resolution on overseas investment

According to the Board resolution dated January 19, 2021, the Board of Directors of Clever Group Corporation approved the overseas investment. Accordingly, the Company will invest in CleverAds Philippines Corporation, an economic organization in Philippines. After the investment, CleverAds Philippines Corporation will become a subsidiary of Clever Group Corporation.
