On January 25, 2021, HOSE announces the record date for the 2021 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment of Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company:

1)      Ex-right date:              February 08, 2021

2)      Record date:                February 09, 2021

 The payment for the first phase of 2020 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

Payment date:                          February 26, 2021

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company as from February 26, 2021.
