Pomina Steel Corporation announces the resolution of general meeting of shareholders in the form of absentee voting dated January 18, 2021 as follows:

-          Approving to use the parent company’s investment development fund with the balance on September 30, 2020 of 511,428,346,574 dongs to transfer 450,000,000,000 dongs to the parent company’s profit after tax.
