CRE: Board resolution on real estate investment in Ha Noi city

According to the Board resolution dated January 19, 2021, the Board of Directors of Century Land Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the purchase, sale and transfer of real estate in Hoang Van Thu New Urban Area Project in wards including Hoang Van Thu, Thinh Liet, Yen So in Hoang Mai district, Ha Noi city. The project is invested by Hoang Mai Urban Investment Development Joint Stock Company with the estimated investment of 829,428,290,000 dongs.
