CRE: Board resolution on real estate investment in Binh Duong province

According to the Board resolution dated January 23, 2021, the Board of Directors of Century Land Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the purchase, sale and transfer of real estate in Chanh Nghia Quoc Cuong Apartment Building Project in Chanh Nghia ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province. The project is invested by C-Holdings with the estimated investment of 485,303,280,000 dongs.
