HID: Capital contribution to establish a subsidiary

On July 31, 2017, the Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company (HID)  approved to contribute its capital to establish the Can Tho Urban Development Joint Stock Company with total amount of VND144,000,000,000, equivalent to 96% charter capital of Can Tho Urban Development Joint Stock Company.

     To appoint Mr. Nguyen Quang Huan as the representative of stake of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company in Can Tho Urban Development Joint Stock Company.
