SRF: Capital contribution to establish a subsidiary

On July 31, 2017, the Board of Directors of Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (SRF)  approved to contribute its capital to establish a subsidiary with the following contents:

-          Company name: SEAREE Refrigeration Mechanical Joint Stock Company

-          Charter capital: VND50,000,000,000 (SRF contributed 65.0% charter capital and the key managers contributed 35.0% charter capital).
