SGR: Result of stock issuance for dividend payment

Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company announced the result of stock issuance for dividend payment to existing shareholders as follows:

1)    Information on stock:

-         Stock name: Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Number of outstanding shares: 39,599,978 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 11 shares

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 5,939,997 shares

-         Purpose: stock issuance for 2017 dividend payment

-         Record date: July 20, 2018

-         Expected trading date: after the company finished the document of additional listing of shares to the Vietnam Securities Depository and Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

2)    Result of stock issuance:

-        Number of distributed shares: 5,939,929 shares

-        Number of distributed shareholders: 346 shareholders

-        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be bought at VND10,000.
