PC1: The record date for stock dividend payment for 2017

On July 27, 2018, HOSE issued Announcement No.991/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Power Construction Joint Stock Company (PC1) as follows:

1)    Ex-right date: August 08, 2018               

2)    Record date: August 09, 2018    

3)    Purpose: to pay stock dividends for 2017.

4)    Detailed information:

-          Estimated issue volume: 17,317,861 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 15% (100:15)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example, if shareholder A owns 08 shares at the record date, he will receive 01 new share. The fractional part (0.2 share) will be cancelled.

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Power Construction Joint Stock Company (583 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi).
