LDG: The Board of Directors approves ESOP

According to the Board resolution dated July 30, 2018, the Board of Directors of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved to implement the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) as follows:

-          Number of shares expected to issue: 2,000,000 shares

-          Total issue value based on par value: VND20,000,000,000.

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share.
