SMA: BOD resolution on the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend

   On June 29, 2018, the Board of Directors of Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company approved the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend as follows:

-          Stock name: Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company

-          Stock code: SMA

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs

-          Number of share issued: 16,120,000 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 16,120,000 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,901,600 shares

-          Issuing ratio: 18% (Shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 1.8 new shares)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be paid in cash.

-          The rights are not freely transferable.

-          The new shares are freely transferable.

-          Time of implementation: after the State Securities Commission (SSC) received full stock dividend payment documents 2017 from the company.
