GIL: Annual General Meeting 2018 is unsuccessful

On April 19, 2018, the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company was organized Ba Ria – Vung Tau province. However, there were 54 shareholders owning and representing 6,978,804 voting shares, accounting for 50.26% on the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company was not eligible to proceed. The Board of Directors of the Company will organize the second general meeting within 30 days.
