NVL: Capital contribution to set up related company

On February 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of No Va Land Investment Group Corporation approved to contribute the capital to set up related company, specifically as follows:

-          Expected company name: 234 Thanh My Loi Joint Stock Company

-          Address: 2 Thi Sach, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city.

-          Charter capital: VND200,000,000,000 (NVL contributed VND99,800,000,000, equivalent to 9,980,000 shares, made up 49.9% charter capital of 234 Thanh My Loi JSC).
