CMG: Increasing charter capital for subsidiaries

On February 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of CMC Corporation approved to raise the charter capital for subsidiaries, specifically as follows:

-          Approving to increase the charter capital for CMC SI Saigon from 40 billion dongs to 50 billion dongs.

-          Approving to increase the charter capital for CMC SI CO.,LTD from 70 billion dongs to 80 billion dongs.
