1. Ex-right date: February 23, 2018
2. Record date: February 26, 2018
The payment for the 2017 cash dividend
Dividend pay-out ratio: 8%/ par value (VND800/ share)
Payment date: March 20, 2018
Place & procedure of payment:
-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Van Phat Hung Corporation as from March 20, 2018.
For the 2018 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM)
Meeting date: Expected in the last March of the first April 2018.
Meeting venue: Will be notice later.
For additional issue toincreasethe equity
Issue ratio: 100:4 (100 shares will receive 04 new shares)
Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,543,188 shares
Plan to deal with fractional shares
- The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.
