SMA: The record date for dividend payment

On February 05, 2018, HOSE issued Announcement No.126/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company (SMA) as follows:

1)    Ex-right date: February 13, 2018            

2)    Record date: February 21, 2018             

3)    Purpose: to pay the second cash dividend for 2012, the dividend for 2013 and 2014. 

4)    Detailed information:

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (1,000 dongs/share). Of which, the second cash dividend for 2012: 3%, the dividend for 2013: 4%, the dividend for 2014: 3%.   

-          Payment date: March 07, 2018

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company (404 Truong Sa, ward 2, Phu Nhuan district, Hochiminh city).
