VPH: Board resolution on dividend payment

1)    On February 02, 2018, the Board of Directors of Van Phat Hung Corporation approved the following contents:

2)    Plan for organizing the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders;

3)    Approving a record date for paying the 2016 stock dividend (15%/share), issuing bonus shares (4%/share) and paying the 2017 interim cash dividend (8%/share).

4)    Approving a record date for the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

5)    The record date for implement the rights above: February 26, 2018;

6)    The payment date for the first cash dividend for 2017: March 20, 2018.
